We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will support integrated internal and external communications, helping to strengthen the company’s reputation, employee engagement and executive visibility. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing capabilities, experience in external communications, and the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders while leading selected initiatives end-to-end.

Position Responsibilities

External Communications and Corporate Narrative:

  • Support and execute external communications initiatives

  • Create and implement content strategies for LinkedIn

  • Develop press materials including press releases, FAQs, fact sheets and key messages

  • Support corporate announcements such as partnerships, research insights and product launches

  • Contribute to thought leadership content including bylines and executive viewpoints

Internal Communications and Executive Visibility:

  • Develop clear and engaging internal communications strategy and initiatives that aligned with business priorities

  • Craft leadership communications including town halls, internal announcements and strategic messaging

  • Support executive visibility initiatives and narrative development

  • Ensure consistency across internal and external messaging

Issues and Crisis Communications:

  • Support preparation of issues and crisis communications materials, including statements and Q&As

  • Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure aligned and accurate messaging

  • Support timely communication in sensitive or fast-moving situations

Strategic Planning, Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Lead selected communications projects end-to-end

  • Drive planning, coordination and delivery across stakeholders

  • Manage timelines, priorities and alignment in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field

  • 10–15 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations

  • Experience in both internal and external communications including events

  • Experience in press materials, corporate announcements and thought leadership

  • Experience supporting issues or crisis communications is highly desirable

  • Strong bilingual writing, editing and proofreading skills (English and Chinese)

  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills

  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
