What You Will Do
Global IT Asset Lifecycle & Risk Management
Own and govern the full lifecycle of overseas IT assets (Singapore, US, EU), ensuring compliance, secure recovery, and audit accuracy.Regional IT Operations & Service Delivery (Singapore Hub)
Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support and maintain office IT infrastructure in Singapore while serving as the regional escalation point.Global ELV & Smart Office Project Delivery
Lead overseas ELV and Smart Office projects end-to-end, ensuring compliant, on-time, and zero-defect delivery.Network Architecture & Infrastructure Maintenance
Operate and optimize regional network and infrastructure environments to ensure secure and stable connectivity.Endpoint Security & Software Compliance
Manage endpoint security and software governance across overseas regions to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience we look for
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5–8 years of IT operations experience, including regional or lead responsibilities.Asset, Endpoint & MDM Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in global IT asset management and endpoint administration using Jamf, Intune, and Apple Business Manager.OS, Network & Infrastructure Skills
Expert-level macOS and Windows support skills with solid understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure.Project & Vendor Management
Proven ability to deliver multi-site ELV or Smart Office projects and manage overseas vendors to successful acceptance.Communication, Certification & Mindset
Fluent in Mandarin and professional English, with at least one advanced certification (PMP, CCNP, Jamf, or ITIL) and a strategic mindset.
