Lead integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns in Vietnam across online, offline, OOH, local media, influencer, and KOL channels. Develop strategic partnerships and co-branding opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage local marketing budgets, P&L accountability, business metrics, and sales performance. The role requires creative campaign development, strong commercial judgment, and experience executing influencer and OOH marketing initiatives.

Research executive-level talent across AI, hardware, software, and commercial functions. Build competitive market maps and leadership pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, OSINT, AI sourcing platforms, and industry research. Develop personalized outreach, generate compensation and talent intelligence reports, and maintain accurate ATS/CRM pipelines while nurturing relationships with prospective VP, Director, and C-level candidates.

Designs and executes functional, performance, stability, compatibility, regression, and chaos testing for server-side systems and AI products. Evaluates search, recommendation, retrieval, memory, embedding, model-release, and AI-agent quality. Develops automated testing tools and scripts, establishes AI quality gates, and integrates testing pipelines into CI/CD. Requires experience with microservices, message queues, LLM/RAG systems, vector retrieval, inference frameworks, automation tools, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Build and own Plaud’s security operations, detection, and incident response foundation from the ground up. Architect SIEM, EDR, and NTA integrations across cloud, SaaS, and endpoints; develop MITRE ATT&CK-aligned detections and Detection-as-Code; lead incident response and SOAR automation; integrate LLMs into SecOps workflows; and maintain SOC 2 Type II CC7 monitoring and detection evidence.

Own Plaud’s monetization strategy across pricing, subscription tiers, entitlements, add-ons, and usage-based charging. Build quantitative models to evaluate conversion, renewal, revenue, costs, and margins. Partner with AI product, billing, engineering, design, and business teams to translate commercial rules into product requirements, validate performance through data and experiments, and continuously improve pricing and monetization systems across regions and channels.

Train frontline customer service agents in a BPO or outsourced environment, using direct customer-service experience to build credible training. Handle or understand email, chat, and phone support queues; create training materials, SOPs, and assessments with AI tools; and develop curricula and systems from scratch. Near-native English communication is required.

Own and evolve an evaluation platform for AI systems, including automated regression analysis, quality gates, data governance, security, reusable SDKs, workflow APIs, observability, and reliability tooling. Build secure, auditable access patterns with PII masking and least-privilege controls. Apply machine learning and LLM techniques to replace brittle rules, while operating distributed systems and data infrastructure at scale.

Design and build AI agent applications, optimize retrieval systems, collaborate with teams, and explore new AI intelligence forms.

Ensure reliability, performance, and resilience of Plaud.ai production systems. Lead incident response, build automation to reduce toil, improve observability, and partner with product and engineering teams on scalable reliability design.

Develop and maintain core backend and platform capabilities for the Plaud Developer Platform, including APIs, SDKs, OAuth-based auth, and multi-tenant architecture. Support partner and third-party integrations, collaborate across product/device/AI teams, improve platform stability and developer experience, and adopt AI tools to boost engineering workflows.
