Lead QA and test engineering for server-side systems and AI products: design and run functional, performance, stability, and regression tests; evaluate LLM/embedding/RAG and agent behavior; build automated quality gates, CI/CD test pipelines, chaos drills, and custom test tooling for model and infra releases.

Ensure reliability, performance, and resilience of Plaud.ai production systems. Lead incident response, build automation to reduce toil, improve observability, and partner with product and engineering teams on scalable reliability design.

Design and develop core mobile app features focusing on performance, reliability, and UX. Build and optimize software-hardware connectivity and data flows (BLE, Wi-Fi, custom protocols). Implement data interactions across mobile, device firmware, and backend systems. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, backend, product, and design teams. Improve code quality, maintainability, and delivery by adopting AI-assisted development practices.
