Job Description

YOUR PURPOSE

The Senior HR Partner works closely with leaders and employees to drive talent management, performance, and engagement outcomes. The role ensures effective implementation of people strategies that support a positive working experience and enables a high performing organisation across the full life cycle of team members.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE

  • HR Partnering: Partner with leaders through a proactive and consultative approach to co-develop and implement people strategies that support the organisation’s goals.
  • Coaching: Coach and advise managers on people matters across the team member and managerial lifecycle.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretations.
  • Talent Development: Facilitate and support talent development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, advance succession planning, and drive a high-performance culture across the organisation.
  • Performance Management: Support the end-to-end performance management cycle in collaboration with Talent Management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and guiding managers in delivering effective feedback.
  • Rewards: Partner with senior leaders and the HR Rewards Team to support salary review exercises and benefits implementation.
  • Engagement: Derive insights from team member’s experience surveys and facilitate action planning with leaders to enhance the overall work experience.
  • Operational Support: Drive key lifecycle processes, partnering with the HR Operations Team to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, and role transitions.
  • HR Projects: Support any other HR projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Proven capability in managing complex employee relations matters, organisational design efforts, change management initiatives, and coaching leaders through people‑related challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from diverse touchpoints (e.g., surveys, performance metrics, feedback loops) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • High level of professionalism, demonstrating sound judgment, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of end‑to‑end HR lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Hands‑on experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen paired with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters is a must.
