Position: Sr HR Business Partner APAC
Location: APAC - Singapore/Japan/Australia
This Sr HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with key business leaders in multiple functional organizations across the APAC region for Extreme, act as a trusted partner to these business leaders and the broader HR team to align people strategy to business objectives for designated stakeholders. This person will help anticipate and assess people priorities and successfully navigate and collaborate with the broader HR team to provide expertise-based recommendations and value-add solutions. This HRBP is required to maintain a high level of business acumen through a strong understanding of organization and stakeholder priorities.
This HRBP will be responsible for driving APAC people programs and operations to align with corporate and cultural goals. With strong advisory and coaching skills this individual will deliver high employee experience, performance management, organizational design/efficiency, program delivery and HR initiatives that are needed for the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will be a “roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-work-done” individual who is comfortable with leading and implementing change in collaboration with Senior Management Level. The ability to work in a matrix organization across business functions is a key to your success.

Qualifications and Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree required with specialized skills in HR, Subject matter expert in all areas of Business Partnering
- 5 to 8+ years relevant work experience, multinational/global experience preferred
- A thorough understanding of APAC major country labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders, HR, and other stakeholder groups and develop strong credibility
- Sound analytical acumen and ability to interpret business metrics that coach and guide critical people decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment, ability to navigate in the grey and provide strategic consulting and tactical/operational support
- Strong mental agility and pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Experience in supporting cross-functional teams and working across time zones and cultures.
- Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with the business and broader HR team to bring the ‘best’ to the APAC business group and the larger organization
- Experience interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams
- Familiarity with People practices globally is a plus
- Strong project management and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and work across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against tight timelines
- Ensure all local HR related compliance requirements are met
- Attention to detail and commitment to get things done, and getting them done well
