• Provide high quality and efficient mobility support to assignees and their families • Conduct expatriation and repatriation orientation, and administer international assignment policies and processes

• Coordinate relocation logistics, which may include, but are not limited to: tax reporting, expatriate payroll, home search, visa applications, and expense processing,

• Prepare expatriate documentation, such as orientation guides and secondment agreements

• Generate annual fiscal year budget estimation, and prepare monthly & ad-hoc reports on immigration, payroll, tax, and relocation

• Take the lead in managing international assignees’ payroll and taxation and analyzing data received

• Creates and delivers payroll instructions for Hitachi Asia and Hitachi group companies prior to their deadlines

• Obtaining payroll data through HR systems as well as Hitachi HQ and Hitachi group companies

• Work with our tax vendor on tax reporting and clearance for repatriating assignees
