Come join us as our APAC People Lead within our People team to work with our teams across the APAC region (Japan, South Korea, India, Australia and SEA). You will have great opportunities for growth as we expand across the region and build out a People team that partners with business leaders to enable success in hiring, developing, and retaining great talent.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Help drive our team and our culture as part of the APAC leadership team
  • Build our team by working and partnering with leaders across the business to find amazing talent, engaging in full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments
  • Enable leaders across functions to take their teams and talent to the next level through coaching and hands-on support as a business partner
  • Operationalize our twice-annual performance cycles and annual compensation cycle, helping us recognize and reward great performance
  • Create and facilitate an impactful onboarding experience for our new people, helping them to understand the business, our culture, and the tactical information and tools that will help them hit the ground running
  • Support our culture initiatives driving cohesion across the region and company, including working on employee engagement and retention initiatives across our APAC teams by understanding our people data, working with leaders on trends and insights, and enabling managers to create action plans to drive improvements and business success
  • Partner with Formlings, candidates, and the Formlabs legal team on mobility and immigration work/sponsorship needs across the region
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for office needs, benefits, events, and more
  • Collaborate with our People team members across the globe as we build and scale processes and policies that impact our people regardless of where they work
  • Manage and respond/resolve questions from our people through our ticketing system (Jira) 
  • Manage the data to be captured within our HRIS, our ATS, and other systems 

What you bring to the role:

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English 
  • You have 3-5 years of business partnering experience, recruiting experience, or other transferable experience in several regions in APAC such as Japan, China and Korea
  • You have a demonstrated ability to influence others
  • You love to dig into data, identify trends, and act on them
  • You think about how to scale your work through operational excellence 
  • You are driven, diligent, structured, attentive and eager to find solutions to challenges facing you and your team
  • You are comfortable working in Excel, Google Suite, and HR systems

Bonus Skills:

  • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
  • Experience in global and rapidly-growing companies
  • Fluency in Mandarin

Building the 3D tools of the future is not an easy task. To reach this ambitious goal, we need to react fast, iterate, and make changes on the fly. Our teams observe a flexible hybrid, where we all aim to be in office 3 days/week when possible.
