Your new role
As our Senior HR Executive (HR Specialist), you will be part of the larger multi-disciplinary APAC region. Your role is based in Singapore where you will work within a diverse business enablement team as well as other colleagues in the Asia region.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to support the HR operations needs of various business units, HRBPs, HR Centers Of Excellence (COE) and most importantly, our employees in Singapore. The roles & responsibilities include all Singapore-specific HR related operational activities of our employee’s career cycle. You will work in close collaboration with our global HR Operations colleagues, and you will provide local expertise ensuring compliance with relevant local and national regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR operational and Singapore payroll processes and also with HR software, Workday. You need to be able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and be able to work with various teams collaboratively. You will ensure our HR Operations meet our business needs and are functional and cost-effective. As an experienced member of the team, you can take independent responsibility for tasks within your own scope of responsibility.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide end-to-end employee lifecycle support, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with Global HR Operations team on local legislation and validate HR letters.
- Manage entire work pass process with MOM, including applications, issuance, renewals, and cancellations.
- Administer monthly payroll tasks, including payroll inputs, OT tracking, tax clearance for foreign employees, and payroll enquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions for government claims (e.g., CPF, government paid leaves, NS makeup claims).
- Serve as the main contact for the internship program, partnering with universities to attract interns and participate in career fairs.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including Workmen Injury Compensation insurance and health and safety activities.
- Assist in submitting MOM surveys and updating business census.
- Maintain and support employee-related reports for HR and business purposes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS System - Workday.
- Collaborate with HRBP and HR COEs to implement policy changes based on laws, compliance, and business needs.
- Support HRBP, HRD, Legal, and Compliance in HR projects rollout.
- Provide advice and handle employee enquiries on HR-related matters.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including liaising with overseas colleagues
- Client service oriented with good time management and prioritization
- Proactive approach, capable of working under tight deadlines and handling ad-hoc requests
- Ownership, critical thinking, and a solutions-focused mindset
About you

- Diploma or Degree in HR Management or Business Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Proven, long-standing experience in HR operations and payroll for consultancy or engineering industry
- Possess strong knowledge of Singapore payroll and MOM employment regulations
- Candidate with experience in using Workday, Infotech payroll software or similar HRIS software
- Excellent MS Office skills especially MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally English to liaise with our English-speaking colleagues
