Role Description:

The opportunity is to manage the Singapore office by providing administrative support. 

Office Administrator:

• Responsible for office management, such as ordering of office supplies and business cards, maintenance of office fixtures and equipment, support and greet visitors to the office, handling of calls, mails and courier requests (local / overseas).
• Manage office access cards and all IT assets such as mobile and laptop.
• Support and facilitate events and functions in the office and arrange meals catering.
• Manage and coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes with local HRBP and IT.
• Collating of invoices and submit to finance in a monthly basis.
• Support employees travel arrangements to Singapore, sourcing and booking of accommodation (hotel/ serviced apartment).
• Work closely with the Risk & Compliance team, responsible in keeping the office guidelines and BCP up to date.

Role Requirements:

• 1-2 years office administrative experience preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Proactive, forward thinking, and can-do attitude
• Experience of the full Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in English
