Senior HR Business Partner
As an Senior HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience), you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting general HR functions in a fast-paced, technology-driven industry. This role requires a data-driven, candidate-focused approach to hiring while aligning recruitment strategies with business needs and future talent demands across the APAC region and Israel. Additionally, you will contribute to broader HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions in APAC and Israel.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create targeted hiring plans.
• Utilize employer branding strategies and digital recruitment tools to enhance visibility and attract diverse talent.
• Leverage HR analytics to measure hiring effectiveness and optimize recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by streamlining and improving hiring touchpoints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging recruitment technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Work with HR and business leaders to drive workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Support broader HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws in APAC and Israel.
• Utilize Workday and other HRIS tools to manage employee data, recruitment workflows, and reporting.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and generalist HR functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience with Workday, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring plans with business goals.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Passion for employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity hiring.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring projects efficiently.
