Senior HR Business Partner
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be critical in shaping and implementing HR strategies that foster an agile, high-performing, and inclusive workplace alongside the HR Director, APAC Region, within a dynamic industry environment. This role requires a proactive and forward-thinking HR professional who can balance operational efficiency with strategic impact, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals and workforce expectations in the modern era across the APAC region and Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with the HR Director to develop and implement HR policies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance across diverse markets.
· Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
· Drive DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives to build a workplace that values diverse perspectives and fosters inclusion.
· Leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights to improve decision-making and optimize workforce planning.
· Lead change management along with HR Director initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws across APAC region, HR best practices, and corporate policies across APAC and Israel.
· Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and career development.
· Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving HR technologies to enhance HR service delivery.
· Utilize Workday and other HRIS tools to streamline processes and enhance workforce analytics.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of modern HR trends.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in APAC and Israel.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
· Proficiency in Workday, HRIS, data analytics, and digital HR tools.
· Ability to handle sensitive HR issues with discretion and professionalism.
· Change management and project management experience are advantageous.
· Able to work independently and strive for excellence.
