Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Reporting, Analytics, and SOX Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This critical role will be responsible for generating insightful HR reports, partnering with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) on new reporting implementations, driving self-service reporting capabilities, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain SOX compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making and ensure the integrity of our HR processes.

What you will be responsible for:


HR Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with HR COE functions (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition) to understand reporting requirements, design, develop, test (UAT), and deploy new reports.
  • Develop and maintain self-service reporting tools and resources to empower HR stakeholders with access to data.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS and Data teams to identify and define new data sets required for reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare executive dashboard and HR Metrics for management review.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.

SOX Compliance:

  • Collaborate with various HR stakeholders to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements related to HR processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits related to HR SOX controls, working closely with the internal control team and external auditors.
  • Partner with HR control owners design and sample test of HR SOX controls, resolve audit finding with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Document and maintain HR SOX control documentation, including process narratives, risk assessments, and test procedures.
  • Identify and escalate any potential SOX compliance gaps or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in SOX regulations and best practices.

How you will stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in HR reporting, analytics, and SOX compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Proficiency in HR reporting tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, data visualization tools, Excel). Experience with Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of SOX regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus.
