About the Role

  • Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including monitoring of monthly P&L entries to ensure timely recording and accurate month end closing across multiple IFM accounts
  • Assist in establishing strong finance/accounting related processes and continuous improvements to existing processes to ensure compliance with contract requirements, local FRS, US GAAP (revenue and cost recognition) standards and SOX controls
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including overall P&L analysis and provide commentaries to account managers and FP&A team on key variances
  • Partner to account managers and business stakeholders to provide financial insights, flag areas of concern and give recommendations to achieve financial targets
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for assigned portfolio
  • Oversee accounts receivable position to ensure prompt billing and payment of invoices, address billing and collection discrepancies to support healthy company cash flow
  • Support Corporate Finance team for all finance related matters
  • Perform any related duties or ad hoc projects as required

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations or Business Finance
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand key requirement across various contracts, engage with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines of financial deliverables
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills
