Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive - Mall Finance

Prepare monthly journals, accounting entries, schedules, forecasts, budgets, and financial reports. Follow up with business units on outstanding items, support weekly audit and SOP reviews, assist with system improvements, and perform ad hoc finance duties.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journals and schedules for review, including preparation of monthly accounting entries
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting of revenue and expenses
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reporting to management
- Work closely with business units to follow up on any outstanding items
- Prepare weekly audit and review SOP
- Support system implementation/improvements as necessary
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Diploma or Degree, ACCA, LCCI, CAT or equivalent professional qualification.
Other Prerequisites
- Team player with high integrity and sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel
