A Day in the LifeYou will be part of the global CCOO Finance team. You will be the Finance partner for Customer Care & Order Operations (CCOO) and Credit Services (CS) across APAC. You will be the main Finance contact for the Functional Leads in CCOO and CS and proactively provide insights and recommendations based on solid analysis. You forecast financial performance, as well as identifying future risks and opportunities.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Lead the expense planning and forecast process for your functions
Lead the Inventory/SOGL planning and forecast process in close collaboration with Field Inventory Director, GOSC Finance, Asia RLM FP&A and EurAsia Central FP&A team and OU Finance
Operationalize APAC strategic initiatives within your functions and sub-functions (GPE, SSC)
Identify trade-offs to support short and long terms functional goals
Analyze and report on monthly actual results
Support implementation of the global Finance roadmap for FP&A
Work closely with the LT teams in CCOO and CS providing them with finance support
Develop customized reports via OS Spreadsheet functionality should the need arise
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting and/or Auditing
Perfect command of English (and at least 1 other Asian language)
5+ years working experience in FP&A, Accounting, Finance or Auditing
Experience in a multinational or audit firm
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent SAP and Excel skills
Good technical accounting/US GAAP knowledge
Experience working with colleagues from non-Finance backgrounds
Understand the business challenges for CCOO and CS
OneStream system and Power BI experience is preferred
