Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Innovative Medicine Regional Office Finance team in Singapore. This role provides a strategic finance and business partnering with Asia Pacific Strategy Organization (APSO) and Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) for Immunology Therapeutic Area (TA).You will provide finance leadership in financial performance, forecasting, investment decision-making, and profitability management of the TA. Additionally, you will lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) from finance for Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific. The position reports directly to the Regional TA Finance Director.Key Responsibilities:- Closely partners with Immunology TA/brand leads to drive insightful business decisions by performing analysis leveraging internal and external data.
- Drives/leads Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP) and Business Plan process for Immunology TA and prepares presentations for the business reviews.
- Identifies risks/opportunities for the target achievement and shares with stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Collaborate with cross function stakeholders to facilitate monthly review of brand competitiveness.
- Offer ad hoc financial support for various business case including access strategy of New Product Launches (NPL).
- Leads IBP process together with Supply Chain team.
- Closely work with BI&A and relevant teams to drive process improvement and adoption of digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the regional FP&A team to enhance simplification and standardization.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and CPA/CMA is preferred but not required
- More than 7 years of accumulated experience working in finance or accounting role
- Strong analytic capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business partnering experience & Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Strategic thinking and innovative thinking
- Strong English skill in both writing and speaking
