Job Description

CATAPULT by CapitaLand is looking for a commercially minded Sales & Marketing professional to support Catapult’s growth, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation, digital marketing execution, and sales enablement.

This is not a pure marketing or communications role. It is designed for someone who is equally comfortable planning and running campaigns, analysing leads and performance, engaging prospects, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into confirmed business.

You will work closely with the Sales lead and internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing and outreach efforts translate into real pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns with the appointed agencies across digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn, EDMs, website, landing pages) to support Catapult’s sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage campaign messaging targeted at HR, L&D, event planners and senior business stakeholders
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, focusing on lead quality, engagement, and conversion outcomes, such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and other relevant metrics
  • Maintain and organise leads through CRM or tracking tools, supporting follow-ups and reporting
  • Support the development of B2B marketing and sales materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and programme summaries
  • Support marketing and outreach for Catapult programmes, showcases, roadshows and corporate engagement events
  • Treat events and showcases as a lead generation and relationship-building channels, not just brand visibility exercises

Account and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from the initial inquiry through the successful execution of their event
  • Coordinate pre- and post-engagement touchpoints to ensure a smooth, professional client journey
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners and vendors to grow repeat and referral business

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Work closely with the Sales lead to qualify leads and support the conversion of prospects into clients
  • Participate in client meetings, briefings, and presentations where required
  • Support proposal development, pitch materials, and follow-up communications
  • Support contract discussions and closing processes to secure bookings for programmes, events, and group business
  • Contribute to improving sales processes, materials, and the overall go-to-market engine for Catapult

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B marketing within MICE, events, hospitality, or learning & development sectors
  • Experience working in B2B, client-facing, revenue-oriented roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics CRM)
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • A proactive, creative, and resilient mindset with a passion for the events and hospitality industry
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
  • Work well under pressure, with a high degree of dependability, adaptability, and flexibility
  • Agile team player with the ability to work independently in a start-up-like environment, solution-orientated (enjoys creative problem solving) with passion and curiosity for learning, good initiative and a sense of humour!

Added Advantage (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with email marketing tools, sales software, or LinkedIn campaign management
  • Exposure to account-based marketing or B2B marketing
  • Experience supporting proposal, pitches, or client-facing materials

Benefits

  • Flexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and family
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Subsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences-
  • Strong advocate of staff volunteerism
