But we are more than a platform—we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers.

When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the microphone and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.

Sales Development Representative

Why We Have This Role

This role exists to help build pipeline across Southeast Asia by creating high-quality conversations with prospective customers and turning that interest into meetings for our sales team. You'll be a key part of how we grow in the region, with most of your work focused on outbound prospecting and a smaller share coming from inbound leads. You'll partner closely with Account Executives, and work alongside Sales and Marketing to understand target accounts, uncover business challenges, and connect the right people to the right solutions. If you like fast feedback, clear goals, and the challenge of opening doors where none exist yet, this is a strong place to start.

How You’ll Find Success

  • You understand the goal, get moving quickly, and stay focused on creating meetings and pipeline rather than just checking off activity.
  • You ask good questions, look for context, and want to understand what is actually hard for a prospect or customer.
  • You're comfortable reaching out through calls, email, and messaging tools, and you can adjust your approach based on the person and market.
  • You can stay steady through rejection, keep your energy up, and continue showing up with discipline.
  • You can spot patterns, learn quickly, and make sound decisions without waiting for perfect information.
  • You're willing to test, iterate, and improve in a role where repetition, feedback, and action matter.
  • You work well with AEs and cross-functional partners, share information openly, and contribute to a team that wins together.

How You’ll Grow

  • Grow through a defined SDR progression path, with the opportunity to develop from SDR 1 through SDR 3 and become eligible for future Account Executive opportunities.
  • Build strong fundamentals in prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and pipeline creation across multiple Southeast Asia markets.
  • Learn how to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other business partners, giving you a broader understanding of how revenue teams operate.
  • Develop your ability to sell into different buyer preferences and communication styles across the region, including more relationship-led outreach approaches where relevant.

Things You’ll Do

  • Generate pipeline across assigned markets by identifying target accounts, sourcing contacts, and turning outreach into qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Create 5-10 meetings per week by running consistent outbound prospecting across calls, email, and messaging channels, while adapting your approach to the market and audience.
  • Improve meeting conversion rates by researching prospects, understanding likely business challenges, and tailoring outreach to what matters most to them.
  • Support team-wide inbound follow-up by responding quickly to routed leads, prioritizing effectively, and converting interest into high-quality opportunities.
  • Strengthen account coverage with your AE partners by aligning on target profiles, sharing prospect insights, and focusing effort where it can drive the most impact.
  • Contribute to a repeatable outbound motion in Southeast Asia by testing messaging, learning from results, and bringing back what works to improve team performance.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Evidence that you can work toward measurable goals and stay motivated in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience in roles where you had to communicate with people directly, build rapport quickly, and handle objections or pressure. This could come from customer service, consumer-facing sales, hospitality, retail, real estate, or similar environments.
  • Examples of showing curiosity, critical thinking, and initiative rather than waiting for perfect direction.
  • Proof that you can learn fast and execute, especially in situations where success depends on doing, testing, and improving over time.
  • A background that shows you can stay organized and follow through consistently when managing outreach and priorities.
  • A bachelor's degree is helpful but not required; we care most about capability and potential.
  • Additional language skills such as Bahasa, Tagalog, Malay, or Mandarin Chinese are a plus, especially for building stronger connections across parts of Southeast Asia, but they are not required.
  • You must have working rights in Singapore for this role.

What You Should Know About This Team

  • You'll join a high-performing team. You'll be learning in an environment that knows how to win.
  • This team is built as a true SDR academy. Coaching, development, and readiness for the next step are a core part of how the team operates.
  • You'll work with a regional mindset. The team spans Singapore, India, Korea, and ANZ, which means you'll get exposure to different markets and ways of working.
  • Career growth is taken seriously here. There is a clear path for people who want to grow, including examples of SDRs moving toward Account Executive opportunities.
  • The team values different kinds of strengths. We look for hungry, smart, resilient people from a range of backgrounds, not one narrow profile.

Our Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits

  • Hybrid work setup with 3 days in the Singapore office and 2 days working from home.
  • Access to a well-located Singapore office close to the CBD.
  • Lunch is included in the office.
  • Team members in Singapore may receive phone support/included phone-related benefits, based on current local offerings.
  • A strong day-to-day environment for people who want hands-on coaching, development, and a clear path to grow within sales.

The Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model: Our hybrid work model is elegantly simple: we all gather in the office three days a week; Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader. These purposeful in-person days in thoughtfully designed offices help us do our best work and harness the power of collaboration and innovation. For the rest of the week, work where you want, owning the integration of work and life. #hybrid
