This position is an integral part of the Programme and Office Management team within the NBS Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO). The Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting the administration of academic policies, student services, and faculty engagement initiatives to ensure efficient and seamless operations within UPO.

Responsibilities:

Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO)

  • Coordinate faculty recognition and engagement activities, including the Teacher of the Year Award, Dean’s List Lunch, faculty workshops, and UPO team-building events

  • Administer mid-term scholarships, university/college-level awards, and financial aid applications, including application calls, verification, and fund disbursement

  • Track and process payments for case studies required for courses.

  • Provide support for ad-hoc assignments as required

  • Administer student academic matters, including Short Leave of Absence, Semester Leave of Absence, candidature‑related cases, re‑admission, withdrawal, and termination

  • Process and assess student credit matters, including credit transfer and credit exemptions, in accordance with university policies

  • Work closely with the Programme Director and teaching faculty to support teaching arrangements, scheduling, and administrative requirements

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of student records and timely updates to academic systems

  • Coordinate and administer course registration for UAPP students in line with approved programme structures and timelines

  • Plan, secure, and coordinate teaching venues and related logistics to support programme delivery

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

  • Possess minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education sector

  • Proficient in MS Office software suites

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Able to handle large volumes of data

  • Able to multitask and work under pressure

  • Able to exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

  • Proactive and tactful team player with the ability to interact well with people from all levels

  • Possess good critical thinking, and a positive learning attitude
