Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Data Analyst to support our digitalization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building digital tools, solving problems, and collaborating across multiple business units. You will play a key part in transforming traditional processes into streamlined, data-driven workflows using modern automation, analytics, and AI technologies. You will be part of the Strategic Planning Division.

Responsibilities

Digitalization and Automation – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and deploy AI-driven applications, including chatbots and process automation tools, to enhance business operations. Automate manual processes and create efficient digital workflows. Provide user training, documentation and support for newly developed tools.

Data Management and Analytics

Collect, clean and transform data from multiple internal and external sources. Build dashboards, reports and data models to support business decision-making. Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across the organization.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Research and evaluate new technologies, AI capabilities, and automation trends. Proactively identify areas of improvement and opportunities for automation, streamlining data processes, and enhancing data quality. Support digital transformation roadmaps and strategic data initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, automation or digital transformation.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps, etc.)
  • Experience working with datasets, data cleaning and data modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, chatbot development, or workflow automation is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, APIs, scripting (e.g. Python) or cloud platforms is advantageous.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills and an interest in understanding business operations.
  • Self-driven, curious and excited to learn new technologies.
