Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Manage the annual increment and performance bonus activities
Manage employee shares grant and vesting activities
Liaise with shares system provider on shares grant and vesting activities as well as system enhancements and any other matters
Participate in the flexible benefits framework review exercise
Liaise with flexible benefits administration provider on data exchange, processes and any other matters
Manage salary recovery, claims escalation, flexible benefits data interface issues
Participate in Compensation & Benefits surveys
Serve as project lead and/or any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Team Lead
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
Degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous, detail oriented, hardworking, proactive and self-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Possess a service mindset and a good team player
Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management will be advantageous
Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits
Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of confidential information
Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with stakeholders
