About the role

Reports to: Associate Director, Global Employer Branding

Scope: Global, with a primary focus on APAC and strategic support for priority hubs like London and San Francisco.

This is not a generic brand awareness role. It is a sharp, high-impact mission focused on four critical outcomes: attracting highly qualified candidates, building technical credibility with senior talent, strengthening employee advocacy, and controlling the narrative candidates see before they ever meet a recruiter.

If you crave real ownership, the ability to influence multiple markets, and the chance to build something iconic at a global scale, this role delivers exactly that. You will own the APAC employer brand, partner closely on crucial engineering and commercial hiring priorities, and launch high-trust programs across key markets. This includes driving curated recruiting dinners, a channel we trust to win top-tier talent over broad top-of-funnel events.

What you’ll do
  • Drive Strategy: Own the APAC employer brand playbook. Build narratives that help the right people opt in and less-qualified candidates self-select out.

  • Craft the Narrative: Create and localize high-trust content across career pages, blogs, recruiter assets, and targeted social channels. Give senior engineers real proof of how we work and why it matters.

  • Empower Recruiting: Partner with Talent Acquisition to sharpen pitch packs, job descriptions, and pre-qualification language. Build a stronger funnel, not just a bigger one.

  • Lead Advocacy & Reputation: Equip employees with practical toolkits for authentic storytelling. Own APAC review responses and candidate-facing talking points that address what people actually care about.

  • Own the Digital Footprint: Maintain critical surfaces like Built In and location pages to control our narrative in AI searches and candidate research journeys.

  • Curate Key Moments: Plan and execute a select number of high-quality recruiting events, including VIP talent dinners.

  • Measure & Iterate: Use data to track impact, guide decisions, and focus your energy on what actually converts.

  • Employee advocacy feels authentic and far removed from generic corporate posting.

  • Recruiter materials are tight and screen for fit early.

  • Priority engineering and commercial stories are live and driving real hiring conversations.

  • Strategic in-person moments yield warmer pipelines and elite candidate engagement.

What you’ll bring
  • 8+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, brand strategy, or a closely related field.

  • Exceptional storytelling skills. You make complex concepts feel clear, human, and compelling.

  • Proven experience targeting senior, hard-to-convince tech or fintech talent.

  • A track record of turning business priorities into focused programs with measurable outcomes.

  • Confidence partnering with cross-functional leaders without relying on a massive support team.

  • Data fluency. You comfortably use analytics, reporting, and candidate insights to make better decisions.

  • A global mindset with the ability to adapt messaging across regions while maintaining sharp consistency.

  • Bonus points for experience building talent events, advocacy programs, or engineering-focused content.
