Job Description
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related qualification
- Demonstrated relevant Electronics Product Design experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Microprocessor/Microcontroller system design with preferably ARM processors
- Memory system designs
- Logic Design for FPGA/CPLD/PAL devices
- Ethernet and USB design, testing, certification
- Digital electronics power supply circuits
- Strong experience in design tools for Schematic Capture and PCB Layout
- Strong experience in EMI noise reduction techniques/countermeasures for PCB layout
- Good experience with designing to EMC/EMI/ESD and safety regulatory certifications
- Good experience in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity and Timing Analysis for Digital Electronic Circuits
- Proven capability to carry out product testing for Environmental and Certification Test Standards
- Candidates with experience in Functional Safety product development with IEC61508 will have an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
- Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts
- objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans.
- Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of complex technical information/project activities.
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
