Job Description Summary:
Key responsibilities:
- Develop strategic priorities for one TiSC which is fully aligned with global but take into the account of local context
- LRP/ABP consolidation for TiSC to ensure the full alignment among sub functions of TiSC, ASP OU and global TiSC
- Efficiency Improvement: Review & streamline TiSC routines to enhance efficiency and minimize unnecessary workload.
- Strategic actions to build LimitLess culture in TiSC
- Review TiSC sizing/structure vs other similar size OUs to ensure TiSC has right sizing to deliver business objectives and also provide highly engaged team
- Project Management:
- oversee project Stratos transformation and report to OULT/Global QSE on monthly basis. Leapfrog data and digital to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency by collaborating with global RTE team
- Co-packer strategy : collaborate with Supply chain and QSE to prepare strategic action to proactively ensure our readiness of regional co-packer to support innovation pipeline next 3 years . From the time to identify the co-packer to assess and validate till commercialize . Example : Core power co-packer Innovation metrics: score innovation metrics for TisC till gate 5 by replicating good practice from other OUs
- Digitalization: in close connection with DTS and global TiSC to implement digitalization in TiSC ASP
- Team engagement: In partnership with LT and People & Culture, drive and implement strategic actions to boost team engagement thru surveys (focus opportunities by past surveys)
- External coordination: serve as the main contact for all external visits
- OPEX management: manage Opex for TiSC and pre-approve event expense
- Part of TiSC LT
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in operations and manufacturing experience is required preferably in food manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of inbound materials management, detailed production planning, material handling, impact of stock levels on working capital, trade-offs within supply chain.
- Ability to conduct complex communication in multiple "languages" into various levels of all business functions
- Demonstrated experience with assembling proactive contingency plans, scenarios, and optimized supply network plans that can balance service and cost
- Experience working with Warehouse Managed Systems
- Requires experience managing people/budgets.
- Working knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies and interdependencies.
- Working knowledge of basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of demand forecasting and supply chain planning.
- Working knowledge of supply chain purchasing and procurement.
- Advanced Project Management Skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability with cross functional teams and direct reports.
