Why Join

Be a key player in building the future of finance at OCBC. As a Senior Digital Assets Product Manager, you’ll directly contribute to expanding OCBC Global Markets’ leadership in the exciting world of digital assets. You'll have the opportunity to shape innovative products and solutions, working within a dynamic team and impacting a rapidly evolving industry.

How You Succeed

Success in this role requires a hands-on approach to product delivery, proactively coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless execution. Prioritise a strong understanding of the digital asset landscape, a disciplined project management style, and a commitment to maintaining robust risk and compliance controls. Continuously seek opportunities to optimise processes and drive product improvements based on data and feedback.

What You Do

Product Development & Innovation

  • Support the Head of Digital Assets in implementing the bank’s digital-asset roadmap and business strategy.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to identify opportunities in tokenisation, custody, and digital-money solutions.

  • Contribute to business case development, user stories, and product requirement documentation.

  • Assist in process mapping, workflow design, and control framework development for new products.

Execution & Delivery

  • Coordinate digital-asset project delivery across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, and Finance functions.

  • Track milestones, timelines, and dependencies; maintain structured documentation using Confluence or equivalent tools.

  • Support product testing, validation, and integration across blockchain platforms and custody workflows.

  • Assist with operational readiness, including SOP design, staff training, and control implementation.

  • Monitor post-launch performance, adoption metrics, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process automation and data optimisation opportunities.

Stakeholder Management & Partnerships

  • Engage internal business units and functional stakeholders to embed digital-asset capabilities within Global Markets offerings.

  • Collaborate with external partners — blockchain providers, custodians, and fintech platforms — to enhance product delivery.

  • Support the preparation of materials for internal committees, regulatory engagements, and industry working groups.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all digital-asset products and activities comply with OCBC’s risk, legal, and compliance frameworks.

  • Maintain governance documentation, process manuals, and operational control checklists.

  • Identify, monitor, and escalate delivery, operational, and cybersecurity risks related to digital-asset products.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or related discipline.

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CFA, CfTP, Professional Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.

  • 5–7 years of experience in product management, fintech, or financial markets, preferably with exposure to blockchain or digital-asset solutions.

  • Strong understanding of digital assets market infrastructure,  processes, and tokenisation frameworks.

  • Proven record in project delivery and stakeholder coordination across multiple functions.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Self-starter with strong execution discipline and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
