WiseWomenCode is a unique experience designed to increase the diversity of the technology sector by providing support, guidance and opportunities to women and non-binary individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers in the tech world.

Job Description

This 3-day immersive program is packed with hands-on workshops, job shadowing and networking opportunities, all aimed at boosting your confidence and skills, whilst helping you to explore the different technical paths within the fintech industry. 

Join us at our Singapore office between 25-27 March 2026, where you'll connect with industry leaders, collaborate side-by-side with different technical specialists, and gain insights from our experts - all in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

We invite applications from tech students, recent career changers and individuals returning to work after a career break.

If you’re passionate about tech, have recently studied it (through a course, a bootcamp or university), and are ready to level up your coding skills, WiseWomenCode is for you

  • Are you available to join the WiseWomenCode program on the specific dates mentioned?

  • Please tell us about your proudest achievement (around 200 words)
