Job Purpose

This role is crucial in driving both e-business and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives under the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Division. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-business and CRM in the luxury retail landscape and identify key strategies to spearhead the brand across different touchpoints. This candidate should be a strong self-starter in navigating new digital and CRM retail projects while harnessing a positive test and learn mindset. With the shared mission of continuously elevating the House as the ultimate luxury beauty brand, they will partner closely with key stakeholders (e.g., retail team, regional team, learning team) in strategizing and executing various e-business and CRM initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable with numbers and data, as well as have a high level of detail-orientedness and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize the client journey plan across multi-touchpoints (EDM, SMS, etc.) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Plan and execute CRM strategy to meet client KPIs (recruitment, retention, repeat).

  • Track campaign KPIs closely to optimize current journeys.

  • Elevate journeys with the global clientele in mind.

  • Support IPC markets in elevating CRM competencies and guide them in the roll-out of CRM automated journeys and roadmap.

  • Lead the day-to-day business operations of e-business, specific to makeup and skincare campaigns.

  • Drive new CRM initiatives from a campaign perspective as the data steward of the Fragrance and Beauty Division.

  • Ensure operational excellence in the beauty representation of CHANEL.COM.

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong retail understanding and exposure, preferably in agency or luxury retail/beauty category.

  • Proven track record in CRM and/or retail/trade marketing function

  • Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce Marketing would be a plus.
