The Team
We’re looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer who is keen to learn, grow and bring his/her experience in a fast-paced environment. We’re a small team of nice and (we think) fun folks. Our infrastructure is managed as code using Terraform. Our services run on Kubernetes, in multiple AWS accounts across several regions. CI/CD, code and vulnerabilities scans… are fully automated. We work closely with the developers and the security teams.
In a typical DevOps day we use Terraform, Istio, ArgoCD, Kubectl, Jenkins, Helm, Grafana, Cloudflare, Redshift… to name a few. We focus on automation, quality, and we achieved compliance with the most stringent security standards (PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO27001). Our partners are financial institutions and airlines, and they expect a very high level of availability, reliability and security.
The Role.
We’re looking for a senior DevOps engineer with a true passion for DevOps, cloud, systems, automation, security, with several years of professional experience in technologies similar to the ones we use.
Your Impact
- Propose and implement improvements related to scalability, automation, performance, CI/CD, self-service for other teams, cost optimization. We are absolutely looking forward to your suggestions!
- Improve our API gateway, Services Mesh, Events streaming…
- Help us deliver our solutions to new partners
- Improve our observability stack, if you are into Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Loki.
- Implement Security best practices across all our infrastructure components
- Help the whole team to grow thanks to your own skills and experience.
Who You Are
- Knowledge in Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (we use Jenkins, Github Actions, ArgoCD).
- Experience with AWS
- Experience in automation, configuration and infrastructure management tools.
- Knowledge in scripting and writing small utilities (shell, Python, Golang, etc.)
- Knowledge and interest in observability, networking, databases (we use Postgres and Redshift).
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Maintain system performance metrics and SLA compliance
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with different teams
