As a Senior Design Manager – Mask Design & Engineering, you’ll lead groundbreaking projects, creating world-class sleep masks that empower people to live healthier, happier lives. Based in our Singapore office, you’ll guide a talented team through every stage of the design process, from concept to delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the development of next-generation sleep masks, seamlessly blending form and function.
- Drive product innovation and deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor engineers through complex challenges, elevating technical and professional skills.
- Champion collaboration between our Singapore and Sydney teams to foster knowledge-sharing and engagement.
- Create a psychologically safe, high-performing culture while achieving strategic milestones.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree-qualified Product Design Leader with 10+ years of experience in Product Design & Engineering.
- A proven ability to navigate front-end ambiguity and manage back-end engineering rigor.
- Expertise in strategic engineering planning, mentorship, and global team collaboration.
- A strong communicator who turns technical updates into clear insights, building strong relationships along the way.
