  • End-to-end data solution design: Translate business requirements into data requirements, owning the full lifecycle from event tracking design, data modeling, and metric definition to dashboard design, launch, and acceptance.

  • Build and standardize business metric systems: Lead the definition of core metrics, unify calculation logic, and design and implement dashboards to ensure standardized analysis and end-to-end business traceability.

  • Drive data product adoption: Partner with business teams to promote data tools within departments and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Data governance and quality assurance: Continuously monitor the stability of event tracking and metrics, ensure data consistency, and help drive standardized data governance processes.

What We Look For In You
  • 7+ years of experience in data product management or related roles; experience at leading internet/technology companies is a plus.

  • Strong familiarity with data ecosystems, including event tracking systems, A/B testing frameworks, metric systems, and BI data pipelines, with hands-on design or management experience.

  • Ability to quickly understand complex business logic and break down ambiguous requirements into actionable, executable solutions.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and execution skills, with strong ownership and project leadership mindset.

  • English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency sufficient for use as a working language as the role involves liaising with various stakeholders in chinese-speaking markets.

Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!
