Starfish is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead content-driven brand initiatives for a global fintech player. You’ll craft compelling narratives, manage campaign content across digital channels, and ensure alignment with brand identity across Southeast Asia. You will be a key player in localising and amplifying a bold and dynamic global brand voice while partnering closely with regional marketing, strategy, and creative teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape and refine brand positioning across campaigns and touchpoints in SEA.
- Ensure that all content aligns with overarching brand identity, tone, and values.
- Translate business goals into narrative-led, audience-specific content strategies.
- Conceptualise and craft engaging content across digital platforms: social media, landing pages, thought leadership articles, customer case studies, campaign toolkits, and internal brand materials.
- Edit and localise global content to resonate with SEA audiences, ensuring both cultural fit and brand consistency.
- Partner with creative teams, designers, and writers to bring ideas to life across visual and written formats.
- Develop integrated campaign content plans to support product launches, brand moments, and seasonal initiatives.
- Lead the creative briefing process and manage end-to-end campaign content delivery across multiple markets.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimise content based on performance data.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to gather insights, align messaging, and deliver cohesive communications.
- Partner with agency and freelance talent as needed for execution.
- Oversee social media calendars and guide the voice and messaging of brand content across regional social channels.
- Drive engagement via influencer partnerships and employee advocacy programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or campaign development, ideally in fintech, B2B, or agency environments.
- A portfolio showcasing strong storytelling, brand architecture, and multi-channel content strategy.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage content workflows across fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong grasp of editorial tone and nuance.
- Adept in project management and balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Figma, Airtable, and/or CMS and social scheduling platforms is a plus.
- Experience in the SEA region and localisation best practices is highly desirable.
