As our business is constantly growing to meet the needs of gamers globally, we are looking for an experienced PC Category Manager to join our team and fulfil the needs of our online shoppers.As Razer.com's category manager, you will be the driving force behind our online retail category growth through a thorough understanding of your category products (gaming laptops, gaming peripherals & accessories), the shopper needs and market capacity to create the right assortment & merchandising mix for Razer.com.
The gamer is at the center of every decision we make. As part of the online merchandising team you are in a unique position to see beyond trends to identify what’s next and deliver the right products, in the right places at the right time and price in our direct to customer (D2C) channels
- End-to-end ownership of category(ies) in-charge, to drive sales and profit growth, in the key geographical regions of NA, EU, AP
- Define & execute the online assortment and merchandising strategy, based on market knowledge, vertical insights and used cases
- Work with merchandising & store ops teams to execute assortment & merchandising plans
- Own the product category lifecycle plan, and execute promotions in collaboration with the e-commerce promotion product manager
- Weekly reporting of sell out progress, analyse results for optimizations
- Analyse results from experimentations to optimize category performance, and to build a strong knowledge base for growth
- Collaborate with team members on aspects of sales forecasting, campaign planning, traffic & demand generation
- Work with relevant stakeholders to improve business processes, product roadmap planning, with the objective of delivering on a best-in-class browsing & buying experience on Razer.com
- Min 5 years of global or regional experience in downstream marketing with eCommerce responsibilities
- Candidates with Consumer electronics, Sports fashion brand & Direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
- Proven track record in driving sales & profitability growth in the e-comm space
- Knowledge in conversion optimization, digital marketing, webpage UI/UX
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify problems, and come up with constructive solutions
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to unite key colleagues and cross-functional partners by gaining trust through demonstrating business expertise
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
