We are looking for a Senior Growth BI Project Manager to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of data intelligence and execution — covering OKX's key regulated markets globally. You will own the full loop: identifying growth problems through data, diagnosing root causes, shaping recommendations, and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution.
Beyond technical and operational skills, what will set you apart is who you are. We are looking for someone with an exceptional ability to learn fast and operate in unfamiliar territory without losing direction. Someone who does not wait to be told what matters — you find it yourself. Someone who genuinely cares about the work and brings energy to problems that others find too messy or too ambiguous to touch.
What You'll Be DoingGrowth Analytics & Insight
- Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct structured root-cause analysis on growth performance — moving beyond data description to diagnosis: why did this happen, and what should we do about it.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and local market growth teams.
- Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of market health and growth efficiency.
Program Management & Execution
- Own the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives: from scoping and planning through to delivery and outcome tracking.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams — ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery.
- Define measurable success criteria for each initiative and close the loop on results.
AI-Augmented Ways of Working
- Actively apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and operational workflows.
- Champion AI-native practices within the team and demonstrate productivity gains through concrete examples.
- At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management — ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting background.
- Exceptional learning agility — able to rapidly absorb new domains, connect the dots across unfamiliar data, and develop informed views in areas where you had no prior expertise.
- Strong logical and quantitative thinking — you break complex problems into structured components and form conclusions grounded in evidence, not assumption.
- Extreme self-motivation and ownership — you take full accountability for your workstreams, set your own direction, and are not satisfied until you see measurable outcomes. A genuine drive and passion for the work — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and find clarity and momentum where others find friction.
- Excellent communication skills; able to adapt between technical and non-technical audiences, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred to work with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry, or as a user of crypto products — genuine familiarity with the space is a meaningful advantage.
- Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows, beyond general tool usage.
- Experience working within international or multinational organizations, with cross-regional stakeholder exposure.
- Solid track record in growth analytics or channel analysis — comfortable working with acquisition, retention, and channel performance data, and experience translating analytical work into growth decisions.
- Competitive total compensation package
- L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
- Various team building programs and company events
- Wellness and meal allowances
- Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
- More that we love to tell you along the process!
