Job Summary
As a Business Analyst II, you will Identify business needs and opportunities for improvement. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs. Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs).
Qualification and skills:
Business Analyst with strong Functional knowledge – especially for Singapore MAS 610 and other Singapore local regulatory reports.
Strong analytical and problem skills to analyze complex data and help business in making decisions.
Develop and document business process models to demonstrate current and future states.
Strong communication skills – should be able to connect with Business counterparts and understand the requirements.
Communicate project updates to senior management.
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
Technical skills – Should be able to connect with Development team and guide the team in the Development. Should be good at AbInitio ETL tool.
Very strong testing skills – Should be very good in performing SIT and Pre-UAT testing.
8 to 10 yrs of BA experience in related scope.
