About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact team delivering digital solutions for Singapore’s Smart Nation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical Consultants to drive the design and implementation of ICT solutions that enhance public services for citizens, businesses, and public officers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
  • Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, aligning with GovTech’s digital strategy, including cloud solutions and modernization of legacy systems.
  • Lead system testing, data conversion, and deployment to ensure smooth adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvements by assessing business needs, implementing change management strategies, and addressing technical challenges.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning, and digital product lifecycle management.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and at least one full software or product development cycle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with Data Analytics, Cloud Solutioning, CRM, Knowledge Management, or Agile Development is a plus.
