Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in Singapore to support a strategic customer project in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The project involves building a modern data platform leveraging Databricks and Dataiku, with a multidisciplinary team that includes Data Engineers, Data Scientists, a Solution Architect, and a Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary on site liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team.
  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to data products and analytics use cases.
  • Translate business needs into clear and structured functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work with technical teams to validate feasibility and support implementation of solutions.
  • Identify additional business opportunities and areas for data-driven innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects, preferably in the CPG sector.
  • Strong understanding of modern data platforms and analytics tools – familiarity with Databricks and/or Dataiku is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive progress in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with data product lifecycle and data governance.
  • Background or education in business, data analytics, or information systems.
  • Must be based in Singapore and available for on-site or hybrid work with the client.
