We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in Singapore to support a strategic customer project in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The project involves building a modern data platform leveraging Databricks and Dataiku, with a multidisciplinary team that includes Data Engineers, Data Scientists, a Solution Architect, and a Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary on site liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to data products and analytics use cases.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work with technical teams to validate feasibility and support implementation of solutions.
- Identify additional business opportunities and areas for data-driven innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects, preferably in the CPG sector.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms and analytics tools – familiarity with Databricks and/or Dataiku is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive progress in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with data product lifecycle and data governance.
- Background or education in business, data analytics, or information systems.
- Must be based in Singapore and available for on-site or hybrid work with the client.
