Provide MAS-regulated compliance services: set up compliance functions, design compliance manuals and monitoring programs, advise clients on regulatory requirements, execute ad-hoc compliance projects and MAS applications, provide regulatory updates, and prepare/review MAS regulatory reporting.

Job Description- Set up the compliance function for clients who are MAS-regulated, including design of compliance manual and monitoring program tailored to the client’s business circumstances
- Advise clients on ongoing regulatory compliance requirements and be responsible for clients’ requests for advice and assistance on regulatory compliance related matters
- Execute ad-hoc projects for clients (including revision of compliance policies and procedures, applications to MAS )
- Provide regulatory updates to clients periodically
- Prepare/review regulatory reporting and surveys based on MAS’ risk-based capital requirements and other relevant regulations.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance or internal/ external audit or legal functions in the financial services industry. Junior candidate will be considered at Associate level
- Candidate with broad knowledge of the Securities and Futures Act and MAS Notices and Guidelines for Singapore fund management companies preferred
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, senior management, team lead and associates
- Candidates who are positive, proactive and fast learners will be highly desired
- High proficiency in spoken and written English (Mandarin is a plus)
