We are seeking a Senior Art Director in our Singapore global marketing hub to lead our creative vision and visual storytelling, elevating brand expression through outstanding design direction across campaigns and brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct visual creative direction for integrated campaigns across all channels
Lead design concepts from ideation through to final execution
Mentor and guide designers and artworkers, elevating team capabilities
Collaborate with copywriters to develop integrated creative concepts
Present creative work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Ensure creative output meets brand standards and regulatory requirements
Partner with external agencies and production partners on creative execution
Stay current with design trends and bring fresh thinking to the brand
Requirements:
7+ years experience in art direction roles, preferably in agency or in-house brand teams
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and visual craft
Expert knowledge of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrated experience directing photography, video, and motion design projects
Strong presentation skills with proven ability to communicate creative concepts to stakeholders
Advanced stakeholder management skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively
Deep understanding of digital-first creative and multi-channel campaign execution
Experience in financial services or regulated industries beneficial
Proven leadership capability with demonstrated ability to inspire and develop creative talent
Knowledge of brand guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements
Strong design review and feedback capability
