The Opportunity
The Senior Art Director / Art Director reports into the Creative Group Head and is responsible for crafting compelling ideas and visuals, with a strong passion for innovative ideas and staying on top of social trends! Do you excel in a fast-paced environment where creativity is key, and no idea is too small (or big)? If you want to make your mark on leading global brands across fashion, beauty, pharma, and beyond, we want to hear from you!

  • Conceptualise & Design: Lead the development of bold, visually stunning ideas in collaboration with copywriters, strategists, account teams, and other creatives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Drive the creation of innovative, integrated campaigns that align with client goals, resonate with audiences, and elevate brand experiences.
  • Big Picture to Fine Detail: From high-level campaign direction to meticulous visual execution, you’ll own projects end-to-end, ensuring quality at every stage.
  • Client & Team Leadership: Present and defend your creative vision with confidence, fostering collaborative relationships with clients and guiding junior creatives to success.
  • Trend-Driven Innovation: Stay ahead of cultural, social, and design trends, crafting fresh, shareable work that gets people talking and drives engagement across platforms.

 

Ideally

  • 5+ years of agency experience with an exceptional digital portfolio that showcases your work
  • Recognition for Creative Excellence with creative awards that highlight your ability to push boundaries and deliver impactful work.
  • Expertise in Visual Storytelling across diverse formats, from engaging social content to fully integrated 360 campaigns.
  • Social-First Mindset, 360 Vision: Whether it’s a viral TikTok, a captivating Reel, or a multi-channel campaign, you excel in creating standout work across platforms.
  • End-to-End Creative Leadership: From concept development to client presentations, you confidently own projects, staying on brief and consistently delivering results.
  • Motion Graphics & Editing Skills: Experience with motion design and video editing is a plus (but not requirement), enhancing your ability to bring ideas to life in dynamic formats.
