Responsibilities:
- Create style proposals, sketches, mockups, and prototypes to kick off designs for products, features, and campaigns.
- Generate creative ideas and execute them on a recurring basis, developing simple variations that stay fresh and engaging in a quick-turnaround environment.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to conceptualize and execute content ideas that align with the global content calendar.
- Work for one of the world’s most iconic brands, ensuring your designs are on-brand and meet client expectations.
- Oversee the execution of the art direction, continuously improving the work with fresh ideas, inspiration, and best practices.
- Translate client and creative briefs into actionable design briefs that align with the client’s vision.
- Ensure pixel-perfect designs, maintaining the highest quality across all assets.
- Partner with the Senior Creative and Creative Director to ensure designs and processes meet client objectives and expectations.
About YouThe Essentials:
- At least 7 years of high-level experience as a senior designer or art director, crafting digital ads and assets.
- A slick portfolio showcasing your mastery of Photoshop.
- Strong English communication skills for working with clients and teams across global markets.
- Experience managing the full design process: from conceptualizing ideas to finalizing layouts and adapting designs for various markets and formats.
- Expertise in creating balanced, visually appealing layouts.
- Knowledge of templating and process optimization to streamline production.
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, flow, and storytelling.
- Ability to present and sell your designs to both clients and internal teams.
- Ideally, you’ve had some experience in client-facing presentations.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with printing and Out-of-Home (OOH/DOOH) design.
