Overview
Mastercard Academy delivers world-class training and educational programs to Mastercard customers across the globe (https://academy.mastercard.com/). This role is a key part of the Asia Pacific regional team, responsible for creating, launching, and managing Academy programs across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and collaborative professional with experience in event logistics, webinar hosting, and stakeholder engagement.
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Event Coordinator to join our AP Academy team. In this client-facing role, you'll be a key player in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences - from live webinars to interactive virtual and face-to-face courses. The role will support Greater China-specific projects, including the coordination of tailored training sessions and development of localized materials to address market needs. The role will also facilitate communications with stakeholders in Greater China, ensuring alignment with local business objectives and regulatory requirements. This includes adapting Academy messaging and program updates for Mandarin-speaking audiences and collaborating with local partners to promote engagement.

Event and Logistic Management:
-Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics for both virtual and face-to-face training sessions, including venue/platform setup, registration, collateral preparation, and website updates.
-Facilitated live event hosting via the webinar platform, including post-event logistics such as content upload and distribution as well as post event reporting.
-Maintain and manage the Academy training calendar, including topics, trainers, and presentation materials.
-User lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding users on Academy Essentials Platform.
-Manage user inquiries and support requests related to Academy program.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.
-Work closely with other Academy teams to manage logistics where it's required.
Marketing & Communications
-Support the creation of marketing and training collateral, presentations, and communications for regional teams.
Reporting & Analysis
-Assist in generating reports, dashboards, and insights to track program performance and impact.

Experience
-Native Taiwanese Mandarin (Mandarin Chinese) or Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). Proficiency in written Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
-Background in marketing, communications, or content creation is a plus.
-Proven experience in event and logistics management.
-Familiarity with MLS learning platforms.
-Experience hosting webinars via Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
-Advanced PowerPoint skills with creative writing ability.
