About the Role:

  • Manage, track and respond to feedback to assigned Property Team.
  • Issuance of work orders and payments to contractors.
  • Issuance of permits for events and manage applications for use of space.
  • Track progress and reports of improvement projects.
  • Carry out general administrative duties for the Property Team.
  • Counter cashier’s duties
  • Assist the Property Manager to generate reports for submission and any assigned administrative duties.
  • Provide good customer service to the residents
  • Answering of phone calls and counter receiving feedback from the residents
  • Any other ad-hoc duties delegated by the management

About You:

  • Minimum O-Level qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle resident feedback and inquiries.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
