Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do
- You'll review Financial Statements, management accounts, GST returns, and XBRL financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- You'll manage a portfolio of corporate clients, maintaining strong day-to-day relationships and delivering high-quality reporting and information on schedule.
- You'll ensure all client deliverables meet agreed standards, deadlines, and expectations while providing exceptional client service.
- You'll liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities, including ACRA and IRAS, to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- You'll oversee the smooth execution of accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

About you
Requirement:
- You are a qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) or possess equivalent experience, with 3–4 years of relevant industry experience.
- You have proven experience managing service operations, client deliverables, and leading an effective team in an outsourcing environment.
- You are skilled in preparing and reviewing financial accounts and GST returns, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills, and are confident communicating with senior management.
- You have intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and experience with Xero, along with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
