Manage a portfolio of corporate clients delivering accurate financial statements, management accounts, GST returns and XBRL filings. Ensure compliance with ACRA/IRAS, liaise with auditors and regulators, oversee accounting and reporting processes, meet deadlines, and provide high-quality client service while leading teams in an outsourcing environment.

Provide regulatory compliance advisory to MAS-regulated clients, set up compliance functions, design manuals and monitoring programs, conduct MAS-aligned compliance reviews, advise on regulatory requirements, execute ad-hoc regulatory projects, and prepare regulatory updates and reports based on MAS risk-based capital requirements.

The Associate, Regulatory Compliance will assist clients in meeting regulatory requirements, establish compliance functions, advise on compliance matters, and conduct reviews and prepare regulatory reports.

Lead and execute the global Debt & Credit sales and Go-to-Market strategy to achieve organic growth targets. Manage pipeline, forecasting, pricing, client profitability, and cross‑sell/up‑sell with Tier 1 clients. Build strategic relationships, support major pitches/RFPs, conduct market and competitor analysis, and drive commercial collaboration and multi‑jurisdictional deals.

Lead identification and conversion of new business opportunities across markets through research, lead generation, client relationship building, RFP/proposal support, CRM management, and collaboration with the sales team to position IQ‑EQ services.

Manage accounting and client delivery for private equity, family office and open-ended funds. Review NAVs and financial statements, liaise with auditors/banks/regulators, lead back-office workflow, maintain reconciliations, and drive process improvements using Investran/Paxus and Excel.
