Advise MAS-regulated clients on regulatory requirements, set up and enhance compliance functions, design manuals and monitoring programs, perform MAS-aligned compliance reviews, manage ad-hoc regulatory projects, and prepare regulatory reports and client-facing write-ups on regulatory updates.

Lead market research and proactive lead generation to build a qualified sales pipeline. Develop and manage relationships with prospective clients, qualify opportunities, support RFPs/proposals, and coordinate early sales-cycle activities. Maintain CRM and sales performance data, gather competitor intelligence, and collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to position and sell fund administration services.
