The role requires advanced Excel and Power Query skills, strong attention to detail, analytical ability, organization, and professional communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Manage corporate secretarial services for a portfolio of clients, including company incorporations, branch registrations, board documentation, statutory registers, ACRA filings, and regulatory compliance. Provide governance advice under Singapore corporate legislation, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely fulfillment of ongoing corporate obligations for funds, SPVs, and other entities.
