Lead identification and conversion of new business opportunities for investor services. Conduct market research, generate leads, qualify prospects, support RFPs/proposals, maintain CRM and performance tracking, and collaborate with sales teams to position fund administration services to prospective clients.

Advise MAS-regulated clients on regulatory requirements, set up and enhance compliance functions, design manuals and monitoring programs, perform MAS-aligned compliance reviews, manage ad-hoc regulatory projects, and prepare regulatory reports and client-facing write-ups on regulatory updates.

Manage a portfolio of corporate clients delivering accurate financial statements, management accounts, GST returns and XBRL filings. Ensure compliance with ACRA/IRAS, liaise with auditors and regulators, oversee accounting and reporting processes, meet deadlines, and provide high-quality client service while leading teams in an outsourcing environment.
