Lead identification and conversion of new business opportunities across markets through research, lead generation, client relationship building, RFP/proposal support, CRM management, and collaboration with the sales team to position IQ‑EQ services.

Manage accounting and client delivery for private equity, family office and open-ended funds. Review NAVs and financial statements, liaise with auditors/banks/regulators, lead back-office workflow, maintain reconciliations, and drive process improvements using Investran/Paxus and Excel.

Manage a portfolio of corporate clients delivering accurate, timely financial reporting. Review financial statements, management accounts, GST returns and XBRL filings. Liaise with auditors and regulators, lead and develop team members, ensure client expectations and operational deliverables are met in an outsourcing environment.
