Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of data-driven affiliate marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives including creating clear program guidelines, setting commission structures that incentivize desired actions (sales, leads), etc

  • Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, allocating resources across different partner types and potentially different product categories - Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.

  • Develop and optimize the affiliate marketing program, including creating clear program guidelines, setting commission structures that incentivize desired actions (sales, leads)

  • Track and analyze affiliate program performance, using data insights to identify top-performing partners, optimize program elements, and identify areas for improvement

  • Use data-driven approaches to optimize commission structures, payouts, and incentives

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & Marketing, growth team, legal, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of the affiliate program with other marketing initiatives and compliance with relevant regulations. - Maintain high standards for affiliate creative assets and promotional materials

  • Manage a team of affiliate marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure everyone is working towards shared goals.

  • Generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.

  • Able to explain complex data in a way that is understandable for non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Graduated from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

  • 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership roles - Proven track record of managing successful affiliate marketing programs and driving revenue growth

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, etc) is preferred - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
