Talent Acquisition Strategy

· Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions.

· Analyze hiring trends and market data to ensure Scoot remains competitive in the talent market.

· Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with business goals.

Candidate Experience and Employer Branding

· Enhance the candidate journey by ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.

· Promote Scoot’s employer brand through creative campaigns, events, and partnerships.

· Act as a brand ambassador to showcase Scoot’s unique culture and values to potential candidates.

Team Leadership and Development
