Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support QC team in preparing samples for analytical and sensory testing.
- Assist with laboratory trials for problem samples to identify and resolve issues.
- Assist in updating Quality Management system, audit preparation, weekly Encap Environmental sampling etc.
- Maintain accurate records of calibration and testing activities.
- Collaborate with QC team members on Continuous Improvement (CI) projects using A3 methodology.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for quality-related concerns.
- Facilitate monthly discussions on safety and quality topics under guidance from the QC team.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Degree in Chemical, Science or any other relevant discipline
- Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures (SOPs)
- Good organizational skills

- Basic understanding of lab safety and hygiene
