SAP Finance Lead

As SAP Finance Lead, you will be responsible to manage and lead the Finance consultants in the AMS team. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide application support in the Finance area
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Develop detailed documentation to support process improvements and technology integration.
• Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance business strategies.
• Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring team members and sharing best practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.
• Act as the subject matter expert in the S/4 HANA Finance and Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field

• 8+ years SAP Finance experience, including S/4HANA Finance

• 2+ years leading or managing SAP Finance teams

• Strong experience in AMS / application support

• Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO and financial reporting

• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements

• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred
